Our Newest Partner: Neeraj Hablani

When I started Neotribe we sought out to create a new type of venture firm, one that invests in individuals who challenge the status quo with bold new ideas. We look for the same qualities in our own team. It gives me great pleasure and a deep sense of elation to announce the promotion of Neeraj Hablani to Partner at Neotribe Ventures.

I’ve known Neeraj for the last 15 years and have had the opportunity to observe his development in a personal and professional capacity. Neeraj spent six years at Google and Waymo before joining us in April 2019. Over the past three years, his growth—as an investor and board member; an ambassador of Neotribe to the entrepreneurial and LP communities; and as an all-round teammate—has added to the qualities that define Neotribe.

Neeraj has been part of the Neotribe story from our first fund focused on the early-stage to our newest fund that focuses on growth equity. He demonstrates an unparalleled curiosity, robust fund of knowledge, and effectively forms strong relationships with all our founders, gaining their trust and appreciation.

Neeraj has taken over primary Neotribe responsibility for several companies including Hakimo, NimbleEdge, Vexev, BinIt, Quattr, Keebo, CyberAtomics, and IrisAgent. He has also added value as an observer on the Aira, Metrika, and Fortify boards. His critical thinking and thoroughness fit seamlessly with our culture. The founders we work with and the rest of the Neotribe team all value Neeraj's partnership.

From the beginning, Neeraj has gone above and beyond the call of duty on tasks large and small–from fundraising, Annual Meetings, fine-tuning our investment process and methodology, as well as running our internal deal meetings. Equally important, he has become a “conscience-keeper” of our cherished culture and values.
